Natalia is the founder and managing attorney of Dreamigration, where she leads a dedicated team with a mission to turn immigration dreams into reality. With a solid legal foundation and a passion for justice, she has been practicing U.S. immigration law since 2018.
Her journey into immigration law is deeply personal - having navigated the complex immigration system herself, Natalia saw firsthand the need for a more thoughtful, strategic, and human-centered approach. When faced with her own legal challenge, she took charge, found a new path, and won. That experience inspired the creation of Dreamigration.
Natalia’s career also includes significant international legal experience, giving her a global perspective that enriches her immigration practice. She is a proud graduate of the University of Southern California, one of the nation’s top law schools, where she honed the skills that now support her clients every day. She is admitted to the New York State Bar and practices exclusively U.S. immigration law, which allows her to represent clients in all 50 states and around the world. Natalia is also a proud member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), staying closely connected with the latest developments in immigration law and policy.
Fluent in both English and Russian, Natalia is able to communicate effectively with a diverse client base and offer personalized service with cultural sensitivity. At Dreamigration, she combines legal expertise with empathy and precision. She understands that behind every case is a person with hopes, dreams, and unique challenges. That’s why she and her team take the time to truly listen, crafting tailored strategies that reflect each client’s goals.

Karin Tolgu
Of Counsel
Karin Tolgu has practiced immigration law in Seattle, Washington, for 15 years, handling a variety of complex immigration issues, including asylum, T- and U- visas, waivers, removal defense, family- based applications, and naturalization.
Karin graduated magna cum laude from the Seattle University School of Law in 2009; she has a B.A. in International Relations from San Francisco State University, and she speaks Estonian and Spanish. She is an active member of the Washington chapter of the American Immigration
Lawyers Association, where she has served as the Chair of the Citizenship Day, ICE, and EOIR liaison committees. Karin dedicates a part of her practice to pro bono work, and in 2015, she was one of the recipients for AILA Washington’s pro bono award for direct representation of women and children detained on the Southern border. In 2025, she received AILA Washington’s award for pro bono work for mentoring other lawyers. She is also a frequent speaker on the subject of immigration law at AILA events and community forums.

Margot d'Andigné
Contract Senior Paralegal
Originally from France, Margot speaks multiple languages and draw on a multicultural legal education. She holds an LL.M. from UCLA School of Law, and a bilingual Master’s in French and Common Law with a specialization in International Human Rights from Université Paris Nanterre.

Margot supports individuals and families navigating complex immigration processes, especially those facing removal, seeking asylum, or applying for humanitarian protection. With a strong focus on trauma-informed and compassionate advocacy, she helps prepare filings for Immigration Court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and USCIS.
Margo’s work includes drafting motions, appellate briefs, and preparing applications for asylum, U visas, TPS, work permits, waivers, and more. She also assists with family-based and employment-based petition. Margot is deeply committed to making the legal process accessible and empowering for each client.


Salikhat Magomedova-Noske
Legal Assistant
Salikhat is a legal assistant with experience in international public law and human rights protection. She has supported complex legal cases involving U.S. immigration and European human rights law, demonstrating skills in legal research, document drafting, and cross-cultural client communication. Her academic background includes a PhD in International Law, Master Degree in International Protection of Human Rights and multiple international training programs focused on sustainability, climate negotiations, and human rights.
